Terms of Service
1. About These Terms
By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Services — Advisory Disclaimer
Our services are advisory in nature. Outputs — including AI Risk Snapshot reports, AI Readiness Audit findings, and all written or verbal guidance — are provided for informational purposes only.
Our services do not constitute legal advice, compliance certification, regulatory approval, or a guarantee of security. Findings should be reviewed in conjunction with appropriate legal, technical, and compliance professionals as relevant to your circumstances.
Acting on our recommendations is at your own discretion. We do not accept responsibility for decisions made based on our advisory output.
3. Payment Terms
All fixed-fee engagements require payment in full before the session or engagement commences. Session scheduling links are issued only upon receipt of confirmed payment.
- Payments are processed via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We do not store payment card details.
- Fees are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Refunds are not offered once a session has been scheduled and confirmed. In exceptional circumstances, we may at our discretion offer a rescheduled session in lieu of a refund.
- Discovery calls are free of charge and do not create any payment obligation.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Security Consult Ltd's total liability to you in connection with services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, business, or data, arising from or in connection with our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All deliverables produced during an engagement — including reports, action plans, and executive summaries — are provided to you for your internal business use following payment in full.
You may share deliverables internally within your organisation. You may not publish, resell, or distribute them externally without our prior written consent.
Our methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of AI Security Consult Ltd.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all information shared by clients during engagements as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
We ask that you treat any proprietary methodologies or unpublished frameworks shared during engagements as confidential.
7. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure content is accurate and up to date, but we make no representations or warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of any content.
We reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time without notice.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
